Voting with Ladydiver #1 Prince and Princess

I've decided to try something new, I don't know if it'll be something I do again, but I wanted to try it.

Because I'm tired of the winners of The Vote more often than not, not following the theme AND users not even trying to follow the theme which results in me skipping a lot of pictures and spending far too much time on voting, I decided to make this video.

In the video, I start off by viewing yesterdays winners (Well, Saturdays winners, since I recorded yesterday), seeing if they followed the theme. 

After that I vote, offcourse it has been sped up, since it took me TWENTY (20) MINUTES to vote, where I only voted for the ones I thought followed the theme a little bit.

Twenty minutes is far too much time in my oppinion.

In the end, I give a small tip, regarding the next days theme. I probably should've thought that more through, since next day is today.. And people won't be able to use that tip now.. BUT if I make more videos, I'll be sure to do it with a later day, not the day after..

Anyway, hope you enjoy this? Or something.. Put some music on before you watch it, it can seem a bit long if you don't, though it's not long at all!

Update: Turns out, the winner of the Prince and Princess, actully was someone I voted for, what are the odds? :) I voted for none of the others though o.o

SC Only Outfits: Bags as Tops

using bags as tops on SD is nothing new, at times bags can be used as skirts as well.. So I've found 2 begs from the Plaza, which I think could make nice tops and made some outfits with them.

Bags for tops usually work best, if your doll has long hair, or atleast shoulder-length hair, to hide the bag-straps.

Both outfits are quite cheap and would take approximately a week to get if you earn 60 SC's a day.

Offcourse you can always match the bags up with other bottom-wears and acessories, with the blue bag I do recomment always wearing a jacket or vest on top of it.

Starcoins Only Outfit: One T-Shirt Two Looks

I quite like the new Fallen Angel Tattoo Top, so I decided to use it in two different looks, because I think it's quite versitale :)

How-To Costume: Power Puff Girls

So, I got this brilliant idea, whilst reading about some boring biochemistry stuff for my exam, that I should do the Power Puff Girls! And I thought it would be a piece og cake, since they're so simple.

I mean, look at them; one-coloured simple dresses, a black belt, white stocking and black shoes, how hard can could it be?

I was wrong, it took me hours and I'm still not quite happy with any of the outcomes for Buttercup (green) and Blossoms (pink) aren't quite perfect either.

Anyway, I started as I always do, when I make my How-To Costumes, with looking in my own closet and here are the stylings I was able to make, including hair and make-up.

So I quess, when you put them beside each other, it's (sorta) easy to see who they are :)

After these, I went to the StarPlaza, hoping to find items which would work much better. I somewhat succeded with them all, though there's always something off with them. But I did my best, so I hope you'll like these alternatives :)

Offcourse all items can be mixed and matched, if you for example prefer one belt over the other, or think some shoes are just prettiest :)

Anyway, hope you likes this sorta-failed How-To Costume xD

I promise it'll be better next time, I juat had to publish this no matter what, because the Power Puff Girls are a big part of my childhood and it was fun re-creating them ^^

Starcoins outfit no. 64: Asian Inspiration

Inspiered by the currently running Super Hero competition in my club (LadydiverStyles, everyone is welcome to join the competition!), I wanted to do an asian inspiered superhero.

A young girl who avenges.. Something, and therefor fights crime. Though she's no longer young she still sports the young, girly look. A feature missing would be her weapon, a katana (long, thin sword - Think Samurai Jack) but Stardoll is not a place for weapons, so she got a cute little bag instead ;)

I've always been a fan of the User-Made Wild Candy items (Stardoll once held a design competition and the winners had their designs made and sold in Wild Candy! You can still get them), though I've never found a good way to use most of them, this time was en exception. The "sleeves" and underskirt is a one of the skirts and the floral print was perfect for this look :)

Ok I'll stop talking now, just look and enjoy!

I'm aware that this outfit is expensive, it's mainly due to the big amount of skirts and capes, making the sleeves and underskirts. These can easily be replaced by something cheaper if needed, or something in a different style (it you for example like blue, you can use blue items instead)

Sharp and Soft Fiery Top (Top Design by Ladydiver)

I was just messing around (It's almost 2 in the night, and I should go to bed) and I ended up making this lovely design :)

It started just being, because I was bored, a splish-splash of weird things on the Design, but I think it ended up quite well :)

These are tops with the design on it, doesn't it look sorta cool? :D

I've decided to make it the "Special Prize" for my current competition in my club (A Super Hero Dress-Up Competition, go join it!)
